Donated by Rashit to the Embassy of United States of America in Tashkent.

The work depicts planet Earth encircled by a whirling storm, carrying away the souls of the victims who are turned into angels. Cast in bronze, it is on permanent display at the entrance of the American Embassy in Tashkent.

Suleymanov said he was deeply touched by images of people desperately appealing for help when they were left stranded in the flooded city. Those feelings and a desire to help the victims became inspiration for this sculpture.

For his part, Ambassador Norland expressed deep appreciation for Suleymanov’s sympathy and his gesture in donating this work to the Embassy.
