Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on lots of our products. If this is available on the product you are interested in, the Express Shipping option will be shown at checkout.

Unfortunately, Express Shipping is not available on all products and is subject to availability.

Pallet Delivery

Please note: our large Salzburg large square flush lights are delivered using a pallet service as these items are large and pre-assembled.

Delivery Information

We aim to ship most orders within 7 working days of ordering. Some products give an estimated delivery time in the product description, which may be 1–2 weeks. If there is no specific delivery time shown, we would expect to ship the item within our standard 7 working day terms. Please be aware that lead times can vary and we cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

We keep stock of many of our home accessories and can deliver items in our warehouse on a next day delivery. Please contact us if you would like a more accurate delivery time estimate.

Sale periods: orders placed during sale periods are subject to a longer dispatch time of up to 14 working days due to the high volume of orders.

Delivery Address Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before checking out and ensure any autofill or autocorrect suggestions have not changed it. Make sure you have added your full delivery address, including postcode and house number/name.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct, as we may not be able to make changes after an order is placed. We do not accept responsibility for any delivery issues caused by an incorrect address being entered at checkout.

Safe Place Deliveries (DPD / EVRi)

DPD/EVRi leave-in-safe-place disclaimer: any requests for DPD or EVRi to leave deliveries in a safe place are entirely at the customer’s own risk. We cannot refund or replace any items that are delivered to a safe place, as this is not the recommended delivery option.

Undelivered Parcels

Orders returned to us by DPD/EVRi due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or the parcel not being collected from a chosen pickup point within the time limits set by the courier will be refunded once the parcel is returned to us.

All orders (including orders shipped with “free delivery”) are subject to a £33 shipping & handling charge if they are returned to us by the courier for any of the reasons above, or if an order is cancelled or refused after dispatch. For pallet delivery items, this charge is £100 as the pallet delivery and return fee is fully charged to us by the pallet network. These fees will be deducted from any refund.

This charge covers the cost of admin, handling and return shipping fees that the courier charges us. We strongly recommend:

  • Double-checking your shipping address, including postcode.
  • Collecting from your chosen pickup point within the timeframe set by the courier (if applicable).
  • Tracking your parcel so you know when to expect it.
  • Rearranging delivery directly with the courier if you are not going to be home.

Checking tracking information and rearranging delivery to an appropriate date, place or pickup point is the responsibility of the customer.
